SITS Technical Support Analyst
Salary: £40, + excellent benefits
Location: Middlesex/Hillingdon (hybrid 2 days per week)
Development opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled SITS Technical Support Analyst. This is a vital role that supports and enhances the student experience by ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of our SITS student records system and eVision portal.
You'll act as a key technical point of contact, resolving issues, supporting system upgrades, contributing to development projects, and helping deliver solutions that meet evolving needs. This role brings the opportunity to be involved in major change and delivery projects and build highly sort after e-Vision skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support for the SITS student records system and its integrations.
2. Diagnose and resolve bugs, log solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Work with Senior Application Developers on large-scale and complex developments.
4. Deliver small-scale development tasks independently using SITS tools, HTML, and JavaScript.
5. Participate in change management and testing of new features.
Required skills
6. Experience using the Tribal SITS: Vision/eVision system.
7. Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative teams.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and understanding of relational databases and SQL.
