Join a dynamic Logistics provider, renowned for delivering bespoke logistics services! Our client, based in the beautiful West Berkshire area is looking for a motivated and dedicated Logistics Account Manager to become an integral part of their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Location: Outskirts of Hungerford, West Berkshire
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time (9 am - 5:30 pm)
Driving Required: Yes (free onsite parking)
What You'll Be Doing:
As our new Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent support.
Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive client satisfaction and retention.
Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Preparing regular reports and presenting insights to clients, showcasing the value we bring to their business.Who You Are:

Experienced: Previous experience in account management or a similar role is essential.
