Role: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Solihull
Package: £30,000 plus bonus
Our client is a leader in their field of commercial product solutions for businesses, they are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities:
* Being the first point of contact with customer, (telephone calls and emails) offering excellent customer service
* Processing orders/quotations
* Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability etc
* Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary
* Account managing existing customers
* Daily invoicing
* Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays
* Other general administrative tasks
* Product knowledge t be gained through internal training
* Point of contact for customers re invoice queries
