Job Title: Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial)
Salary: £25k basic salary / with £40k OTE

Role
* Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offerings to best educate prospective customers
* Proactively reach out to prospects over the phone, email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
* Develop relationships through research – identify key influencers within accounts and build rapport
* Support customer success to ensure clients are happy with the services secured
* Shadow senior members of the team to gain a 360 view of the process and prepare for progression within the business
Requirements
* Educated to degree level
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player, able to work independently
* Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed
