We are recruiting compassionate and reliable care assistants to support vulnerable individuals in a caring, respectful, and people‑centered environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives while working flexible hours to suit their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users
* Assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility
* Supporting service users with meals, hydration, and medication (where trained)
* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
* Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users' physical or emotional wellbeing
* Building positive, trusting relationships with service users and colleagues
* Following care plans, policies, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Up-to-date care certificates and mandatory training (or willingness to refresh/update)
* Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults
Working Hours
* Early shifts: 8:00am – 2:00pm
* Afternoon shifts: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
* Long days: 8:00am – 8:00pm
* Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am
