Reports to : Head of Finance
Location : WeWork HQ, Waterloo - Hybrid (minimum once in the office per week)
Compensation: £50k to £60k (base) + Growth Shares + Company Performance Bonus + UK Benefits
iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is currently looking for a highly motivated and tech savvy Finance Manager to join a high performing Finance team in London. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the day to day finance operations and will also get the opportunity to help finalise our implementation of Netsuite, along with helping improve and scale our operational capabilities whilst our business grows.
Responsible for Month end including all monthly and quarterly reconciliations
Submission and Management of all Tax and Compliance filings including VAT
Year-End Audit Preparation, liaising with auditors and assisting with Statutory Account Preparation
Production of Management accounts and various reports and analysis as required
Manage Cashflow analysis and assist with cashflow forecasting
Improve NetSuite functionality and financial system controls
ACCA or ACA qualified candidates with 3+ years of hands on experience
Advanced IT skills (MS Excel, financial software, databases and spreadsheets)
25 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays - You can carry over up to 5 days each year, additionally you will receive an extra day’s holiday for each year’s service up to a maximum of 5.
