We’re looking for a skilled People Services Administrator/Advisor to join our HR Services Team and support a wide range of employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys detailed administrative work, and is passionate about delivering a great employee experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing high‑volume HR administration, including bulk system updates and producing letters and documentation
* Providing first‑line guidance on people policies and processes such as onboarding and right‑to‑work
* Acting as a subject matter expert for key employee lifecycle processes (e.g., starters, movers)
* Supporting team KPIs and delivering first‑contact resolution where possible
* Ensuring accurate, timely data entry across multiple HR systems with full data‑protection compliance
* Supporting project and integration activity, responding quickly to requests from across the business
What you’ll bring
* Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
* Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
* Competence in Excel and basic reporting
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience in an HR environment is desirable but not essential
