My client, a residential contractor is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for a high-end residential project in South Kensington. It's a commercial conversion into residential apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will have full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This includes managing design coordination, procurement, programme and quality.
* You will lead a team of Site Managers and report direclty into the company directors.
* You will be responsible for producing and managing programmes and ensuring contractual and commercial compliance throughout the build.
Required Experience:
* You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects and a proven track record delivering similar schemes..
* You will need good process, contractual and commercial awareness.
* You must be comfortable taking ownership of a complex refurbishment project and managing senior site and commercial staff
