About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive the UK passenger car marketing strategy. You will lead product launches, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure our vehicles resonate with UK customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead product launches, marketing initiatives, and communications for UK passenger car models.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including strategies, goals, and execution plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials.
* Refine the UK-specific localisation of vehicle selling points.
* Create schedules, manage deadlines, and oversee project timelines.
* Conduct market research and analyse data to guide strategy.
* Provide guidance on product pricing, budgeting, and strategic positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in automotive marketing, with a track record of successfully launching vehicles, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
* Deep understanding of the UK automotive market, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
* Strong project management skills, able to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling marketing messages.
* Data-driven and analytical, capable of interpreting market insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance to optimise strategies.
* Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications.
* Creative thinker, open to new marketing approaches and digital channels, with a focus on innovation and impact.
* Comfortable with occasional international travel for launches, trainings, or industry events.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
