Job Introduction Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Part-Time Site Operative to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting the UK Armed Forces.This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help maintain our Training Estate facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and welcoming for those who stay and train with us. Shifts run between: 08:00 - 12:00 from Monday to Friday (Potential to work daily hours between 0700 - 1700) Hours of work: 20 per week Contract: Permanent Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Powys, LD3 8PN *Please note that all interview-related correspondence will be sent via email. Main Responsibilities Completing accommodation handovers and handbacks, including inventory checks Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems Stock management tasks Additional duties Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including shower and ablutions facilities Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the camp to ensure it’s fit for purpose Carry out general cleaning duties such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Assisting with any additional tasks required to support the smooth running of the site The Ideal Candidate Customer service focused with good communication skills Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet Ability to complete documentation accurately Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures Reliable, practical and forward thinking Excellent Team player Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential) Join Landmarc and Enjoy a Competitive Salary Plus Outstanding Benefits!
