About the role
At Hush, storytelling is at the heart of how we connect with our customers. We're looking for a Head of Content / Content Director to lead and execute our brand content strategy – shaping narratives that inspire, engage and drive growth across every channel.
The role
Reporting into our Chief Creative Officer, you'll bring together creativity, strategy and commercial awareness to deliver Hush's brand vision. From campaigns to community content, moving image to events, you'll ensure our storytelling feels distinctive, relevant and connected to product – always driving brand love and sales.
What you'll do
* Lead the content and storytelling strategy across all customer touchpoints.
* Oversee copy, design and creative teams to deliver work that's bold, on-brand and effective.
* Inspire and direct art directors, designers and writers to expand creative ideas.
* Partner closely with marketing and merchandising to connect insight with imagination.
* Keep us ahead of the curve by tapping into culture, trends and innovation.
What you'll bring
* We're looking for a natural storyteller and creative leader with a strong editorial eye and commercial mindset.
* Proven experience leading content and creative teams in-house or agency-side (fashion, lifestyle or culture a bonus).
* A portfolio that shows your ability to create inspiring, distinctive content across digital, social and brand campaigns.
* The ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution, thriving in both spaces.
* Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* A knack for spotting ideas that cut through, and the drive to bring them to life at the highest level.
