This full-time role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, or those with a strong interest in adolescent mental health, behavioural needs, and neurodiversity. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will be working with students aged 11 to 16 who have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), or trauma-related challenges. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with emotional regulation, social development, and academic engagement.
