Job Description
Graduate Finance Analyst
7. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes
8. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
9. Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial data
10. Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
11. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
12. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
13. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the team
14. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Graduate Finance Analyst should have:
15. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
16. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
17. An understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
