The Role
As an Autism Support Worker, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
Help students engage with learning in a way that works for them
Support communication, emotional regulation, and social development
Encourage independence and confidence inside and outside the classroom
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and outdoor activitiesEvery day is different - and every small achievement makes a big impact.
