Working across our three Beaumont Veterinary Group sites: Kidlington, Headington and Botley Road.

Hours
8 hours per week
Shift Pattern
Saturdays only
Availability
Occasional weekday overtime may be available and flexibility to support this would be welcomed.

About The Role
Day‑to‑day duties will include:
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
* Registering new clients
* Completing insurance forms
* Dispensing medications
* Taking payments
* Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience to all clients visiting the practice
What We're Looking For In Our Veterinary Receptionist
* Previous receptionist experience is essential; veterinary experience is an advantage
* Resilience and the ability to handle potentially emotional or distressing situations
* Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy
* Outstanding customer service skills and confidence working with the public
* A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database or operating systems
* A driving licence is desirable; ability to travel locally between sites would be ideal
