One Choice Healthcare is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected children's care provider for a passionate and motivated Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD children's home in Slough, located near the town centre.
This position is open to experienced Registered Managers or ambitious Deputy Managers/Assistant Manager ready for their first registration. With a 9–5 working pattern, this is a rare chance to enjoy work-life balance while leading a new home, building your own small team, and progressing your career as the organisation expands.

The Role
* Lead the day-to-day management of a new 3-bed EBD home in line with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations
* Work closely with an experienced Responsible Individual during registration and set-up
* Recruit, train, and inspire a small, close-knit team
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that prioritise each child's wellbeing
* Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies
* Maintain compliance, safeguarding, and quality across all aspects of the home
About You
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People (or working towards)
* Previous experience in children's residential care, ideally within EBD settings
* A current Registered Manager or Deputy/Assistant Manager seeking career progression
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and regulations
* Sponsorship available for the right candidate
