This administrator position puts you right at the heart of delivering client training programmes. You'll manage the logistics behind in-person events, making sure every detail is covered so clients, participants and trainers enjoy a high-quality experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing the administration and co-ordination of mulitple global client training events (mainly in person but some virtual)
* Managing participant communications
* Co-ordinating availability with the 40 freelance trainers
* Sharing materials with stakeholders pre, during and post programme to ensure alignment
* Formatting training content and organising printed/digital materials
* Coordinating travel with the booking agent and arranging visa and hotel accommodation when required
* Providing accurate cost tracking of travel expenses
* Setting up learners and registering participants on the learning platform, sending instructions and literature pre-event and post-event
* Uploading content, producing activity reports and resolving any minor technical issues

30 days plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (variable)

Full time 37.5 hours per week with flexible start/finish times
