Norse Environmental Waste Services (NEWS) is the waste and refuse management function for Norse Group, providing a full collection service across the local region.
Recycling Advisor – Norwich, Norfolk
We are looking to recruit a Recycling Advisor for our centre in Norwich. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the day‑to‑day operations of the centre run smoothly and efficiently. This is a public‑facing role where you will engage with members of the public, advise on disposal of waste and ensure the site is always safe and tidy.

We are happy to offer full training to the right person, provided you can demonstrate the following:
* Able to follow instructions and communicate at all levels
* Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
* Have knowledge of waste recycling
* Have experience dealing with the general public
What We Offer
Part‑time basis: 28 hours per week. Benefits: annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, statutory sickness scheme for all staff.
