We are working with a forward-thinking primary school in High Wycombe that is seeking several graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team ASAP or after October half term.
This is a full-time, long-term role ideal for graduates looking to gain relevant, paid experience before progressing into further study or professional training.
The school is particularly keen to hear from Psychology or Criminology graduates who are passionate about mental health, special educational needs, and child development.

What You\'ll Be Doing
* Supporting students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Assisting in the classroom and running small group or one-to-one interventions
* Building positive relationships and offering consistent, structured support
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and other specialists
* Gaining practical experience that supports your future career in psychology, education, or therapy
Who We\'re Looking For
* A recent or soon-to-be graduate (Psychology, Criminology or related field)
* A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
* Some experience with children (e.g., in schools, youth work, volunteering) is helpful but not essential
* Committed to working with the school for at least one academic year
* Resilient, empathetic, and motivated to make a difference
