Team Organiser – Bournemouth An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, organised and professional individual to join CrossCountry in Bournemouth as a Team Organiser. This is a key administrative role supporting the Customer Service and Driver Managers, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently while providing essential support to the wider team. You will play a vital role in keeping operations organised, communication flowing, and staff supported. As a Team Organiser, you will act as an ambassador for CrossCountry both internally and externally, working closely with the Bournemouth team to provide reliable administrative support and help maintain a professional, well-run working environment. What you’ll be doing Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative and organisational tasks, including: Updating staff notices, rosters, engineering work notices and internal communications Monitoring signature sheets for safety-critical notices Preparing weekly attendance sheets for management and payroll purposes Ordering uniforms and equipment for Train Crew and cleaning staff Reporting IT and facilities issues and ensuring they are resolved promptly Taking notes at meetings and disciplinary hearings, including Managing for Attendance meetings Supporting employee medication checks through Optima Raising purchase orders via Oracle Producing reports and management information Providing day-to-day administrative support to the management team Assisting with practical arrangements such as hotel bookings, car park permits and new starter support Arranging mobile phones and maintaining Driver tablets where required Supporting sickness monitoring and performance management processes Printing and distributing daily and weekly appearance sheets for staff What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and people-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support a busy operational team.
