You should have a strong grasp of technologies and solutions, along with demonstrable experience across the service lifecycle. Additionally, experience in managing a quality service, particularly within an infrastructure technology context across a multi-supplier landscape, is essential. Familiarity with Service Management Frameworks like ITIL, as well as extensive experience in building and developing effective working relationships with senior business stakeholders, suppliers, and IT managers, is required. Responsibilities: As a Senior IT Service Manager, I will expect you to define and design the support model for IT services across the DWP digital landscape. You will implement robust support strategies that ensure stability and performance for multiple platforms, products, and services. You will be a champion for best practices and serve as a prominent voice in the wider digital community, driving innovation and change. Cultivating effective and engaged relationships with stakeholders and suppliers will also be a key part of your role.
