We are currently seeking a Senior Office Coordinator to join our team working on-site at our offices based in Witham.
This is a part time role working 5 days a week from 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
In this role you will:
* Produce the weekly overtime report
* Manage the Purchase Order process
* Run reports on SAP and ensure all deliveries are recorded onto the live spreadsheet
* Chase any outstanding additional information, and keep PO spreadsheet up to date
* Action weekly email from Purchase Ledger for any invoices received without POs and check against SAP
* Investigate if invoices require action, and deal with discrepancies accordingly
* Stock management - recording price increases on live stock sheet
* Supplier management - ensuring that orders are approved and highlighting discrepancies
* Action credit card orders on request
* Support dispatch with admin support for overnight deliveries
This role will suit:
* An experienced administrator with a background in Finance processing, ideally with previous knowledge of SAP.
* This is a front of house role - therefore outstanding people-facing skills are a must
