Key Responsibilities: Lead the pastoral care of a designated year group, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. Drive improvements in attendance, punctuality, and behaviour, ensuring high standards across the year group. Provide targeted interventions and support for students and families, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. Oversee the morning registration and tutorial programme, ensuring quality delivery and consistency. Promote student leadership, voice, and community cohesion through enrichment activities and faith-based character development. Supervise detentions, monitor behaviour, and maintain detailed records using school systems. Support lesson cover, supervision, and intervention sessions for up to 12 periods per week. Ideal Candidate: Experienced in pastoral leadership or middle management. Strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and student support strategies.
