Are you coming from a dealership background and ready for something different? Our client is looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to help dealerships successfully implement and adopt a market-leading automotive platform. If you’ve worked as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Workshop Controller, Sales Executive, Business Manager, Sales Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or Aftersales Manager, this role lets you use your real dealership knowledge in a more strategic, consultative way.
Salary : £32,000 basic • £42,500 OTE
Hours : Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location : Field-based across the UK & Europe

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
* Configuring and implementing the platform in new and existing dealerships
* Tailoring system settings to align with dealership processes
* Delivering clear, engaging training sessions to ensure confident system adoption
* Leading implementations from planning through to go-live
* Providing on-site and remote consultancy to support optimisation and best practice
* Working closely with dealership stakeholders to understand requirements
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
* Building deep knowledge of system functionality and integrations
* Acting as a trusted advisor to help dealerships maximise performance and profitability
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in Sales, Aftersales, or Accounts within a dealership (essential)
* Strong understanding of vehicle administration, stock, costing, invoicing and registration
* Hands‑on experience with a Dealer Management System
* Confident delivering training or coaching others
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Organised, methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable managing projects and multiple stakeholders
* Self‑motivated and happy to travel as required
* Full UK driving licence
