About the RoleThe Teaching Assistant (TA) role is an essential part of the educational team supporting students in the Communication and Interaction Resource Base. The primary responsibility is to support the Lead Teacher and specialist teachers in all aspects of work of the resource base. This will include supporting students with their independence, learning, relationships, skills and behaviours.
