Home Care Assistant – Reablement
Based in Bury St Edmunds
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile
Block shifts: 7am-2pm & 3pm-11pm
Areas Covered: Bury Town, Bury Rural, Forest Heath, Haverhill, Newmarket, Sudbury
Requirements
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support.
* A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* No experience necessary; we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Right to work in the UK (cannot accept applications requiring Tier 2 sponsorship).
* Subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference verification.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
* Supporting medication and meal preparation.
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
* Providing companionship and emotional support.
