We offer a basic salary of £23,800 p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn up to £27,800 per year. Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must. Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
