We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join a dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial management, operational oversight, and team leadership, with the ability to deliver accurate reporting and provide strategic financial guidance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, business modelling, and regulatory reporting. Provide financial analysis, advice, and capital appraisals to senior management. Implement and monitor corporate internal controls and evaluate/manage risk. Manage payroll, benefits, tax, and pension functions. Use ERP systems (preferably Epicor) to support operational and financial activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between finance, operations, and commercial functions. Lead and develop the finance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
