Sales Trainer (Financial Services) | London | £500/day | Freelance
Freelance opportunity for an experienced Sales Trainer to deliver classroom-based programmes to finance professionals in London. You'll be working with a globally recognised financial training provider, delivering across sales and relationship management topics to banking and financial services audiences.
If you know your way around a trading floor as well as a training room, this one's worth a look.
The role:
* Delivering classroom-based sales and relationship management training to finance professionals
* Facilitating programmes covering topics including client acquisition, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship development in financial services
* Engaging senior and experienced banking/finance audiences with credibility and authority
* Adapting delivery style to suit varied learner groups across the financial services sector
We're looking for:
1. A proven background in sales training delivery — ideally within banking, capital markets, or financial services
2. First-hand experience working in or alongside financial services (practitioner background a strong plus)
3. Confident classroom facilitator comfortable with senior, high-expectation audiences
4. A relevant training or coaching qualification is desirable but not essential
