The Opportunity
We’re have a Demand Planning Assistant opportunity to support with product availability, and the stock optimisation processes across both e-commerce and stores that keep our business moving an exciting period of transformation and growth!
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll collaborate closely with Category Management, Operations and our supply base to secure the smooth, timely flow of stock through the business.

This would be an FTC until the end of November 2026.
What you’ll be doing…
You will support the end‑to‑end demand planning and replenishment process, including:
1. Generate and distribute weekly operational reports tracking delivery, availability, and performance.
2. Follow up on deliveries with suppliers/stores and update internal systems to reflect status.
3. Under manager guidance, investigate low availability/poor fulfilment and contribute to action plans.
4. Work cross‑functionally (., Category Management, Operations/Stores) to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
5. Maintain regular contact with Category Management Assistants to keep product catalogues accurate and up to date.
6. Communicate relevant updates effectively to Operations/Stores and other stakeholders.
What you’ll bring…
This role will suit someone early in their Supply Chain career, who is looking to gain experience within the Retail space. You will need to be organised, analytical and have a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, and able to thrive in a busy environment where accuracy and speed are essential. You will also be able to demonstrate:
7. Strong numeracy with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
8. High levels of computer literacy, including strong Excel skills.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive, collaborative work ethic.
10. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
