About The Mid‑Markets Team
Our Mid‑Markets team supports privately owned businesses. In the UK we work with over 13,000 private entities ranging from entrepreneurial startups to multi‑million‑pound turnover international groups.
About The Role
As a graduate trainee you will undertake a three‑year training contract. Below is an outline of your journey.
Year 1
* Master the art of auditing: Prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies.
* Financial statements: Develop a deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
* Client engagement: Work directly with a variety of companies to understand their operations and challenges.
* Relationship building: Build relationships with stakeholders both internally and with clients.
Years 2 & 3
Progress to increasingly complex audit work such as revenue recognition, valuation, and risk assessments. Take ownership of audit engagements, lead delivery, and mentor junior team members. These years mark the beginning of a permanent career at Forvis Mazars.
