Responsibilities:
* Drive sales for our client, a leading organisation, by utilising a combination of inbound and outbound telesales techniques.
* Convert initial interest into sales by effectively managing the sales process and meeting targets.
* Stay up to date with the range of products and services offered by our client, ensuring the ability to provide accurate information to potential new customers.
* Provide a positive sales experience to all potential new customers, and building strong relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and comply with reporting requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telephone sales, successfully selling products and services to individuals and SMEs.
* Ability to engage in cold calling and follow up on warm leads.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as experience using CRM systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A positive and engaging telephone manner.
* Self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* A focus on exceeding sales targets through effective questioning and listening skills.
* A can-do attitude and a willingness to continually strive for excellence.
