About the role
As a HR Business Partner Assistant you'll act as the first point of contact for colleague relation activities from absence and performance management to employee wellbeing and engagement.
You'll work closely with an experienced People Business Partner, coaching managers on HR policies and procedures, managing non-complex casework, and ensuring employees receive the best support possible.

What we are looking for
* Strong HR knowledge, including employment law and best practice
* Experience managing multiple HR cases and supporting managers through people processes
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail
* Compassion balanced with commercial awareness in supporting colleagues and managers
* Familiarity with HR systems (experience of D365 is desirable)
