We’re hiring for an Administrator to join a growing, people-focused organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting customers and internal teams through a mix of admin and customer service tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised, and being part of a team that values quality, care, and attention to detail.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
* Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Handling queries in a calm, friendly, and professional manner
* Processing orders, records, and customer information accurately
* Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked correctly
* Escalating queries where needed and supporting smooth internal communication
What will you need?
* Experience in a customer-facing or support-focused role
* Confident communicating via phone and email
* Previous experience in an administrative or process-driven environment
