Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation within the insurance industry to recruit a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This is a strategic and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to lead recruitment activity across a defined business unit, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver a forward-thinking talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to understand strategic growth plans and translate these into effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a consultative and high-touch approach throughout.
* Develop bespoke sourcing strategies to attract top talent, both within and outside the industry.
* Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and networking.
* Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions and support workforce planning.
* Champion best practice recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement across the wider Talent Acquisition function.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other People functions to ensure a joined-up approach to talent management.
Candidate Experience:
* Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally within financial Services or specifically Insurance.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to advise at senior levels.
* Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and proactive talent attraction.
* Commercially astute, with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering results.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
