Senior Life Practitioner – An Caladh House
Our Adult Residential Home is looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at An Caladh House. The role requires compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated support for individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. The Senior Life Practitioner will help clients live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities, accompanying them to community trips, and providing transportation to appointments and outings.
You must hold a full UK driving licence or have been driving in the UK for at least 2 years to use the company vehicle.
Compensation
Starting rates: Level 1 – £13.99, Level 2 – £14.31, Level 3 – £15.99 per hour. Experience can qualify for the £15.99 rate. You can progress through our competency framework to increase hourly rates.

Qualifications & Experience
* Passion for care and desire to support others’ progression.
* Strong team player with resilience and ability to seek support.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
* Full UK driving licence (or at least 2 years driving).
