Head of Commercial Development

The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CFO to identify, develop, and deliver new commercial opportunities, from concept through to operational reality.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and develop new revenue streams and service models
* Lead market entry and expansion initiatives
* Build compelling business cases and commercial propositions
* Develop and secure strategic partnerships
* Lead high‑level negotiations and collaborations
* Represent Shropdoc externally with credibility and impact
* Build and manage a high‑value commercial pipeline
* Take opportunities from concept to negotiation and implementation
* Deliver measurable growth outcomes and new services
What We’re Looking For
You’re a commercial leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn opportunity into reality.
* Proven success in developing and delivering commercial growth
* Experience creating new services, ventures, or partnerships
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skillsAbility to assess commercial viability and financial impact
* A self‑directed, resilient, and results‑driven approach
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is valuable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to identify opportunity and deliver results.
