Japanese-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Japanese-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote UK-based role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Japanese and international audiences across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, fluent in Japanese and English, and experienced in managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* LinkedIn Ads
* YouTube
* Programmatic platforms
* Manage budgets and pacing to achieve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion goals
* Conduct keyword research in both Japanese and English markets
* Create campaign structures, audience targeting, and ad copy localisation
* Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights and reports
* Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams
* A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
* Monitor trends and competitor activity in the Japanese digital market
* Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines
Requirements
* Fluent Japanese and professional English proficiency
* Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
* Strong hands-on experience with:
* Google Ads
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Tag Manager
* Proven experience managing six-figure monthly budgets preferred
* Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion optimisation
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
* Experience working remotely and independently
* Agency experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Google Ads Certifications
* Experience targeting APAC/Japanese markets
* Knowledge of SEO and CRO principles
* Familiarity with Looker Studio or Tableau
