Conveyancing Paralegal - Kettering

What youll be doing:
1. Supporting senior conveyancers across a full range of residential transactions
2. Managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
3. Issuing draft contracts, handling enquiries, and managing sale files
4. Ordering and checking property searches and mortgage offers
5. Title checking (experience preferred but not essential)
6. Setting up matters for completion and post-completion support
7. Maintaining excellent client communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders
8. General administrative support and assisting other team members as needed
