I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing management consultancies to hire an exceptional Client Director with deep experience in the utilities and energy sector.

💼 The Role
The Client Director will play a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping strategic engagements, and leading consulting teams to deliver exceptional results.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the utilities sector — identifying opportunities, solving complex challenges, and helping shape the future of the industry.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop strong relationships at senior and C-suite level, becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader.
* Identify, create, and secure new business opportunities through your network and sector expertise.
* Lead and inspire consulting teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, practical solutions that achieve measurable impact.
* Shape and oversee complex transformation programmes that deliver sustainable change.
* Represent the firm across industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.

* Proven experience in a senior consulting role within the utilities or energy sector.
* A strong track record of winning, shaping, and delivering consulting engagements.
* Well-connected within the industry, with an established senior-level network.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
* A natural leader who inspires, empowers, and delivers through teams.
* Deep sector knowledge with a desire to keep learning and innovating.
* Experience operating at C-suite level, with credibility and confidence.
