Duties as a Senior Paint Sprayer:
* Prepare classic car panels and bodywork for painting, including masking, sanding, filling, and priming
* Mix and apply paint finishes using specialist techniques suitable for heritage vehicles
* Deliver high-quality, consistent paintwork with meticulous attention to detail
* Work independently to set up and execute complex paint jobs
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of the paint booth and equipment
* Collaborate with restoration technicians to ensure seamless integration of paintwork
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards
* Ensure all finishes meet the high standards required for classic and prestige vehicles
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Paint Sprayer, ideally within classic, prestige, or specialist vehicle restoration
* Excellent preparation, spraying, and finishing skills
* Ability to match heritage paints and work with colour standards
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Good knowledge of different paint types, prep processes, and finishing techniques
