We’ve got an Ofsted outstanding secondary school in Enfield looking for a Behaviour Mentor who gets how to support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. You’ll be part of a close-knit pastoral team making a real impact.
The role:
* Building positive relationships with pupils
* Supporting behaviour plans and de-escalation
* Helping create a safe, structured environment
You’ll need patience, empathy, and the ability to think on your feet.
