Job Description
We are seeking an Office Manager to play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support various functions within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the People & Organisation Team as needed.
* Check and distribute incoming post and packages.
* Facilitate relationships with company couriers.
* Facilities Support: Oversee daily office operations, implement office policies, coordinate logistics, collaborate with vendors, address facility issues, manage utility relationships, and ensure meeting room readiness.
* Feel Good: Facilitate internal communication, support team activities, and manage staff gifts.
* Other/Ad Hoc: Manage travel arrangements, serve as external contact, monitor health & safety, and handle IT equipment setup.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to attend the office at least 4 times a week.
