The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a bespoke, childrens service where care is genuinely person-centred, and clinical excellence is at the heart of everything. As a Paediatric Nurse, youll deliver hands-on, high-quality care within a specialist setting, working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding, person-centred care
* Supporting complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support and seizure management
* Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and MDT
* Updating and reviewing care plans
* Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be xsngvjr a Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN
* Have experience in complex care or Paediatric ICU
* Competent in tracheostomy care, ventilator care & seizure management
* Be passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
