The Role As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities, staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising the site to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. * Managing staff rotas and maintaining a high level of customer service. * Overseeing health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for all. * Ensuring cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are upheld. * Supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities. * Opening and closing the building. What You’ll Need * A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or the ability to achieve it in-house). * Ideally, a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (which can be obtained in-house). * A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
