Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Midwife to coordinate the Maternity Unit and lead the community team. You will be responsible for providing leadership during nights and weekends in the hospital while managing the maternity service. Candidates must be registered midwives with extensive post-registration experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to clinical governance. Salary ranges from £49,387 to £56,515 per annum pro rata. Sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route is available.
