North America is a key growth market for us, and we're now seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our expansion across the region.
Due to expansion within the department, we are now recruiting for a Process Operative within the Recycling Team.
As a Process Operative – Recycling, you will ensure efficient daily running of the waste disposal and transfers in all areas of the business
Shift pattern: Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Transfer waste between sites
* Operate compactors and bailing machines
* Emptying waste bins
* Work to increase the quantity of waste that can be recycled
* Ensure housekeeping is kept to the correct standards throughout the company
* Liaise with other departments to overcome any issues that may arise with their waste
* Due to using the internal vehicle – This role does require a driving license.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day-to-day basis to all requests, both internal and external.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and prioritise workload to meet production demands.
* Team Player
* FLT Licence – Desirable
