AsBusinessDevelopmentDirector,youwillbethedrivingforcebehindtheorganisationsvenuesalesfunction.Yourfocuswillbeondevelopingnewcontractedopportunitiesacrossevents,leisure,sportingvenuesandB&I,strengtheningclientandpartnerrelationships,andsupportinginternalteamstoretainandgrowexistingbusiness.
YouwillworkcloselywiththeManagingDirectorandseniorleadership,contributingtokeycommercialdecisions,long-termgrowthplanningandtheongoingdeliveryofthecompanyssustainabilitystrategy.
SalesStrategy&BusinessGrowth
Developandexecutestrategicsalesandmarketingplansforthevenueportfolio.
Identify,researchandcultivaterelationshipswithhigh-valuecontractprospects.
Drivenewrevenuestreamsfromcorporateclients,agenciesandeventorganisers.
Overseetenderprocessesend-to-end,includingpitchdelivery.
Provideaccurateforecasting,pipelinereportingandperformancetracking.
Conductmarketandcompetitoranalysistokeepthebusinessaheadofindustrytrends.
Client&PartnerRelationships
