The Planning & Fulfilment Administrator is a confident multitasker, with excellent administration and communication skills with a real "can do" attitude. The primary function of this role is to deliver an efficient administration service to the customer fulfilment, planning and scheduling team.
Highlights of the roles and responsibilities:
* Booking in and arranging loads for bulk orders when required.
* Communicating with customers and responding to all queries within a reasonable timeframe.
* Delivering exceptional customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring orders are aligned with the production plans, and customers are notified of all delays.
* Escalating and responding to all customer complaints in a timely manner.
* Inputting contract orders, including working closely with planning to ensure the orders are inputted with a correct delivery date in line with capacity.
* Monitoring order shortages and ensuring customers are made aware prior to dispatch.
* Supporting the Supply Chain Manager on automating the manual processes within the customer service department (identify and put a project plan in place with agreed timescales).
* Taking full ownership of key customer order trackers including weekly and monthly catch-up calls.
