T he successful applicant will be able to:- Deliver a high quality food service within the home. Prepare and cook all daily meals for residents and staff. Plan, prepare and cater for modified diets and special events such as birthdays, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of the food served and making sure the residents are happy with the service delivered in the home. Demonstrate the uppermost standards in cleanliness, food safety and hygiene in the kitchen area, including all equipment and appliances, adhering to all regulatory and statutory requirements and company policies and procedures. Clean and take care of equipment used to carry out tasks. Be organised and good at keeping records.
